This is really good overall, my favorite stanza is this one:
"Love is the suicide
That rots my soul
And tears me apart
What used to be whole"

In some stanzas like the 3rd and 4th, it the ryme sounds too forced. and in the second to last stanza there is no ryme....so just a suggestion. Good work
