No Looking Back

My head is spinning
everything is going black
I made my decision
no looking back

I can't remember too much
about last night
except for how bad
I wanted to die

I don't know what got into me
as I grabbed the razor blade
I sliced open my wrists
and for some reason I felt safe

my best friend walked in
she wanted to see what was wrong
by the time she got there
I was already gone

she read my note
then put a gun to my head
as she went to pull the trigger
this is what she said:

"my best friend
I know what has caused your pain
but without you
there's nothing left to gain

so I'm going to take this gun
and put my life to an end
I'll see you soon
I love you best friend"

our parents walked in
and found two notes on the floor
the note that I wrote
and a note that said "No More"

two best friends
both of them dead
died for each other
believe what I have said
