Like a lady

I remember the first time my eyes saw your pretty smile,
my first impression was of how much I really dig your style,
and my second impression was of how cute would be our child.
I quickly opened up my heart, and was quicker to start relating,
the first thing that I said, was I'm sick and tired of always waiting,
and the second was, how my heart is sore from anticipating.
She grabbed my hand, and she noticed it was a little bit shaky,
she looked into my eyes and said" it's alright," because you're my baby,
I know she won't ever leave me because I treat her real good, I treat her like a lady.
