Irreplaceable

by Sharon   Oct 1, 2005

No ones been good enough to take your place,
You've left me with memories that I can't erase,
Things in the past that I hold so dear,
Don't seem like memories while I hold them near.

There's something that reminds me of you everywhere I go,
A leaf holds a memory that no one else can know,
So it seems I still love you even after all the lies,
Even if I left you I'm still the one that cries.

I try to tell you how I feel the truth is on the table,
But you don't want to deal with it you say you won't be able,
And so I act like I don't care and try to be your friend,
But everything is different now and we just can't pretend.

Flirting with other guys I guess it can be fun,
But when they start to like me I always have to run,
And when I see you with someone new,
I'm not sure that I'll know what to do.

Because baby no one can love me just like you can,
You held my heart with one touch of you hand,
You'll always be special to me please know that it's true,
There will always be a piece of me with you.

Baby Your Irreplaceable And There's Nothing I Can Do,
Remember That In My Heart There Is Always A Place For You
