Without Existing

by Jo   Oct 3, 2005

Without even speaking,
I already now her emotions, her feelings.
Without even lifting her head,
I already know she's crying, weeping.
Without seeing her lips move,
I already know she's praying to me.
Without even asking,
I already know her heart is aching, breaking.
Without even looking,
She already knows I'm there, watching.

Without looking into her eyes,
I already know she hides pain and ache behind them.
Without needing a tissue,
I wipe away her tears.
Without embracing my arms around her,
I give her comfort.
Without having to wonder,
She already knows I'll always be there for her;
Because without even asking,
She knows that I'm her guardian angel.
