I Wish...

I wish that for once in my life that i could understand,
that for once everything wouldn't be so hard,or so complicated,
that once in my life I could find something to hold on to,
or to see one of my dreams come true,
to finally reach something that I've been longing for so long,
to have someone to be there for me something to keep me strong,
I wish for things to go back to the way they use to be,
for those times when I could talk to you,
and you would wait for me,
to go back to the times that I could look into your eyes,
and knew everything that you felt,
to be so close to you I could tell the way you smelt,
or to have you walk by and completely make my heart melt,
the love I feel for you, is like nothing else I've ever felt,
you have the power to completely change my day,
you have me holding on to every word you say,
I pray for you to know how much I love you,
for you to see the way I care,
for you to know I'd do anything to be with you,
and even more just to make you smile,
because it breaks my heart to see you cry,
I see the sadness on your face though you think you hide it well,
I can see it in your eyes,
I understand, I really do
because the way you long for her,
is the way I do for you,
so if I could have one wish,
one dream that would come true,
I'd pray to God with all my heart,
for me to be with you.
