I tried to love you,
i realy did,
but i wasnt being true,
the truth inside me i hid.

tears filled up my eyes,
because i didnt feel the same,
i told you and myself lies,
i felt bent with shame.

love is something that just \"is\"
not something to be tried,
that true feeling is amiss,
and this, i must not hide.

i dont mean to hurt you,
but it will be wrong,
to make you beleive something untrue,
the truth, is, that to you, my heart does not belong.
