When You Cry, I'm Happy

by tabithaa   Oct 12, 2005

When you cry, I'm happy,
You should know that is true,
The things I've saw, and what you've done to me,
I would never do that to you.

I hate the way nothing matters to you,
When I look in your eyes, nothings there,
I hate how these conversations always bring tears,
And it seems like you don't even care.

It's not that big of a deal, I know,
And I shouldn't take it to heart,
But, I have experience dealing with this,
And left unnoticed, I'll fall apart.

The pieces will shatter silently,
The tears won't ever bleed,
I'll have to take time to convince myself,
That your not the one I need.

I've sheltered myself and it's sad how,
I'm alone, but surrounded by grace,
Because every time I pass by someone,
They always bear your face.

It's that helpless feeling that I can't deny,
That kills me slowly, with excruciating pain,
I can't be near you anymore,
I think I'm going insane.

When you cry, I'm happy,
Because it hurts you so perfectly,
When you cry, I'm happy,
I hope one day you see.

That, When you cry, I'm happy,
Because I know you miss me, too,
When you cry, I'm happy,
Even though I still love you.
