Nothing for Granted

by David McIntosh   Oct 14, 2005

I turn my head and look to the right,
I see you there with a smile all night.
I see your face and it makes me sad,
Thinking of what we could of had.

No more fears and no more tears,
No more sadness for the lost years.

Our time is now that we can take,
A grander plan is now at stake.

This road is hard and love is planted,
We now will take, nothing for granted.
