Great work, I like the darker feel of this poem. Sadness and depression are some of the greatest influences for poetry. Awesome 5/5!

I can feel you put a lot of thought into this. Messages both obvious and hidden, the sorrow is there for all to see. Made me think a lot.

Smooth and distant i agree with. it's almost got an unreal feel about it with a sense of abondonement (is that even a word?). it was a wonderful read adn very well written. fabulous

Hi Hayley, just read your newest poem, and it was not only a sad dark poem but an eye opening one as well, i could feel the loneliness, the empty feeling, and the despair, I don't know what is going on in your life, but it seems to me that you are facing a battle in life you don't really want or need to face, you really went the depths to get this poem just right, and that is what writing is all about, any one can be superficial like I am, but it takes a thinker to get deep inside themself. good job as always Harry
