Autumn Blooms

by Forsaken Redeemer   Oct 26, 2005

Autumn blooms with ever changing colours,
As the leaves slowly change to Red, Golden, Brown and Auburn,
The air gets colder as scarves emerge,
Mother Nature, our greatest teacher, urges us to learn.
Summer starts to dwindle and the clocks will change,
The coming winter illnesses bring compassion and care,
Plants seem different as the flowers start to droop,
Yet the Earth is our crop, our harvest to share.
The world looks so beautiful as it simply sits still,
A Golden Beauty by day's sweet sunlight,
With piles of artists colours collected in the trees,
But, even though the contrast is startling, it's even more beautiful by night.
