Broken

I'm stuck in this dark broken world
looking for a hand to hold
to keep me safe
to get me away from all the bad
but that may never happen
because to you i don't exist
I'm just another lame person in the hall
as i sit here thinking about you
my heart melts
because if only i could convince myself
that someday we could be something,
i will be gone way before it.
