Not Thy Tears

by Carol Davis   Nov 3, 2005

Not thy tear I weep for your soul, but for
your heart I need.
I am not strong without you whole.
I sit upon this mountain and show the sky I
have weaken of his love.

I know he will never know how my love has grown
within my soul.
The heart whimpers at night when the stars shine
I am lost without his words of love.

For thy knight we must walk as one life, and not as
two who shall walk alone, thee walls of greif.
Without ones tear that shall not fall without love.

The winds have blown fast my soul and into your heart
we must follow the stone of love.
Whom shall not seek of anothers light, but is of ones
spirit.
You and I shall never again be without each of our
hearts that beat to the sound of our souls.

We shall blend as one knight and as one love in two
bodies tangled as lovers in the darkest of night.
I shall never walk again without you by my side.
I am to wed of your soul and your heart as I always
belonged forever within you and I.

These tears fade into the night and dawn becomes
its hero.
She knew his love would fade within the night as always
he roams the walls into the darkest of night.
