Each stanza you would give off an expression that you intend on rhyming and then it didn't rhyme.

There were some parts in this poem that left me literally breathless. I had to stop, reread it, and sighed "aww"

    Amazing, Darien.

    Just amazing.

    P.S-
'All is lost on this night,
    with the stars dim lights.
    The moon did turn red,
like the blood in my veins'- I think there will always be aleast one stanza in your work that I'll really love ;) Very well written!

I do have to agree about the previous rhyme comments, but nonetheles si find this piece to be really unique and great. I love how you've divided it into sections and each one itself has a subtitle and it even goes with the idea of how the moon goes throuhg phases. Very well thought out. I also love how it keeps the continuous feel of the poem whilst the tone and ideas change as you go from one part to the other.

I love all of the parts of faces of the moon...I know they are inspired by an album, but have you actually made them a song??? If not, you should.
