You Lied

You told me you loved me
You lied
Every time that you hit me
I cried

You said you would protect me
You lied
Used and abused me, that's what you've done...

Now when the morning comes,
And you see what you have done...
Remember
You lied.

As I close my eyes,
I know that this is the last time
That you can lie

Blood will be your reminder.
