You don't know

by keisha   Nov 8, 2005

You don't know how bad my heart longs for you,
How whenever we talk my heart beats faster than the speed of light,
At night I dream about us,
The magic we could create alone,
Everyone thinks I'm dumb for loving you,
They don't know how it feels,
How it feels to want something,
Yet can't have it,
Everyday you torture me,
By talking to me, smiling, and laughing,
Your touch drives me crazy,
Sometimes you lead me on,
Get me pissed,
Than I come running back to you,
Even if I never left,
Why can't we just be together,
It would feel so right,
Your perfect in every way,
Yet you don't know.

this poem is/was dedicated to my friend, i loved him and told him that. it blew up in my face, since i had bugged in before but the hurt was still there, even though I'm over him, this poem says everything, hopefully he comes across it one day and reads it.
Dedicated to J.B.
