Some Cries Not Meant are Heard

Copywrited

And away she went; out the space
The dignity of her stance
She left with forced discovery
Refused a backward glance

Her life was still a-mending
The sweat her show of fear
Bearing beauty out afar
The wonders drawing near

Sheâ??d left against their warnings
So never said a word
They listen to her painful sobs
Some cries not meant are heard

She had to have rejected
She was not his only keep
He caught her up in feelings strong
The evil so to creep

But freely was she flying now
Her joy in sweeps above
Slowly she was letting go
Releasing from the love

And she came upon a cavern
The lilac flowers bloomed
Curiosity got the best
For what she had assumed

A step and yet another
She stole away inside
Silent in the gloomy depths
But a sudden creature cried

Whats that? Whos there She called afraid
Her nerves unset and wary
She held her scare and listened hard
The cry began to carry.

Whats there? Whos that? She called again
A shaking in her word
But the voice responded fully now
Some cries not meant are heard

Felt along the misty path
She made her way right to it
And she gazed upon a huddled man
His face obscured and moonlit

Oh, now, whats wrong Her inquiry
As tears rolled down his face
He lifted up a broken heart
Took up the wounded grace

Leave now, be gone He said on back
No purpose brings you here
But what was wrong She begged to know
Why did you shed those tears?

Jealousy; too much to say
Oh, I loved her through and through!
Because of that I weep my dear,
But it lead me back to you

Me good sir? Most certainly not!
She drew back ever so
We barely met, I do not see
Its just, I hardly know

You know, you know
I tell you do, its all within your glare
Its in the way you stand up proud
Its how you hide your care.

How odd, how odd, she thought inside
What person here does speak
The only man I ever loved
I left behind the bleak

But at the thought she raised her stare
She summoned out his face
And suddenly she realized it
The pieces took their place

So taken back, so shocked and thrilled
She could not speak a word
But he spoke for her; whispered light
Some cries not meant are heard.
Caught up in the sensation
Trapped in endless bliss
Reunited; brought back together
Passionate the kiss

So away they went, loved and safe
The elation of their stance
They went on to what lay ahead
Refused a backward glance

Their lives through in mending
No fright, no show of fear
In the beauty, once afar
Futures coming clear

Theyd went without the warnings
They left without a word
But she knew forever, always remembered
Some cries not meant are heard
