I read this while listening to "This Feeling" by Story of the Year, and it works nicely together. Anyway, I don't know how you got so low, but I'm sorry. You need to find something else so you're not just sitting alone thinking the unrequited thoughts. Get out, meet new people, overcome your fears. Make things happen.
