Best Friends

They say best friends are friends forever
And in our case that's true
We've slipped away from time to time
But even then.....we still pulled through

We've bee friends through everything
Losing loved ones and guys
And if it wre not for you
Those were thing i could not have made it through

To have a friend like you
Makes me the luckiest person alive
And knowing you'll always be here
Is a thought that always crosses my mind

    I like this poem it describes a real best friend. I had one we were only friends for about three years but a week and a half ago I lost him. I wish I could have that feeling again. I really liked your poem keep it up.
