That was really beautiful! And so powerful! Lots of emotion there! My advice would be to organize the poem a bit more, here is an example:

God, sometimes I feel you don’t hear me,
Or maybe, you just ignore me.

Sometimes, I wonder if you’re even real,
Or if it’s all just a fairytale.

Sometimes, I hear my baby cry,
And sit alone, and wonder why.

Sometimes, I wonder why you wanted him,
But I see his shadow, when the lights are dim.

Did you not have faith in me Lord? To be a good mother to my son,
Or did you just think he was too good to come to earth.

So you gave him his wings, before his life begun,
There are so many questions I ask myself.

And I guess I'll never figure out why,
But at night when I pray to you lord,
Please remind my son, that I miss him deeply,
And I wish he never had to die~

See its more organized... and the commas and periods give your poem a rhythm, and the periods let the reader know that a sentence is over and where a new one begins. Other then those little hints... good job! keep up the good work!

That is so sad. I'm sorry this happened to you. It must be really tough. I just know that everything happens for a reason, even if we don't understand it or see the good in it at the time. I hope things get better for you. Keep writing and take care.

The words caught the sad story behind this poem so well, it was as though they weren't words, but tears, not perfect, but falling into their wordless place.

This one is even better than the other one you wrote. I love it. Again, very sad, but excellent. 5/5 again.

God loves you, even when you can't feel him carry you on his shoulders.
