Second Best.
Why does he tell me I am second best?
But yet he says he loves me
Why does he love me over the rest?
But then just goes and leaves me

Why am I the one who has wait?
While he goes out for fun
Why does he never take me on a date?
We just sit in or go for a run

Why does he always let me down ?
But always makes me smile
Why is it I can’t frown?
When I see his smile

Why is it I love him?
But don’t know if he loves me to
Why is it we have been like this for a year?
Is this a feeling I should go through ?
