The boy i love

I give my heart to the boy I love,
The boy whos right for me,
He knows my feelings, feels the same,
And loves me tenderly.

Hes all I could ever want in a boy,
All that my world is made of,
His eyes are so intensely bright,
And his hold on me is soft.

When he grabs me in an embrace,
And kisses me passionately,
Fireworks flare and birds fly high,
I surrender easily.

Everything is going right,
And I can’t believe its true,
Ive waited so long-too long in fact,
For the day that I kiss you.

But alas my world begins to crash,
And as depressing as it may seem,
Its over, did it ever begin?
It was all a fantasy dream.
