I'm Thankful

I'm thankful for the friends that I have.
The family that I care so dearly about.

I'm thankful for the animals.
The pets that we share our love with.

I'm thankful for the health that I'm in.
The technology that surrounds us.
The breathable air that fills our lungs.
The simple pleasure of living.

I'm thankful for all the little things that everyone takes for granted.

And most importantly,
I'm thankful for you and your love.

    Its pretty weak. I would use some literary techniques such as a metaphor to "show" the love, not just tell the readers about it.

    Its really a good poem and you really put alot into it i mean in feeling thank you and i know we had bad times but i know it will get better
