That night...

I watch you standing with your friends,
this love that burns will never end,
you are so cloase to me yet miles away,
i will love you more with each and every day.
though that night was breif and meant nothing to you,
to me it was everything a dream come true,
i know you have not forgotten i can see it in your smile,
all i wanted was for us to be one at least for a while.
even though we cannot be,
i still do not stop wishing for me and you,
that night was so true i wanted you to stay,
but as i sit and watch you now the memory fades away...
