Real Love

by Grotesque Angel   Dec 3, 2005

Never said that love was fair,
Never thought it mattered,
But now the feeling that we share,
Suddenly is shattered

The pieces of my soul you take,
Upon the evening star,
Now I found that you were fake,
Just a fleeting scar

I rip the dagger from my back,
Now your heart it seeks

I like this a lot, interesting idea that you'd use the same weapon that someone used to stab you in the back to hurt them. I like that. 5/5

*tears* yeah, knives generally hurt when thrust into your back by someone you thought loved you.
