Without You

by Allie   Dec 8, 2005

Until I met you I didn\'t know how fun life could be.
I never had real true friends till the summer I met you
The fun just kept on coming
It brought us closer and closer within every minute
I wouldnt not trade one second for the world
If it weren\'t for you I don\'t know who I would be today
And for that I say thanks
You guys mean the world to me
So please don\'t ever change
And no matter what ill always be here for you
As you have been for me.
You saved me from myself
And that alone is a huge deal
So don\'t say you did nothing
Don\'t say you didn\'t help
because if it weren\'t for you weren\'t know how much longer I would have lasted.
With out you in my life
So I have to say thanks I love you all.

I was a little shocked at the subject matter that you choose for this specific poem.

I read the first few lines and didn't really feel anything. I finally got to:

"If it weren't for you I don't know who I would be today
And for that I say thanks"

I don't know why, that just seemed to grab my attention.

    I liked the poem. 5/5
