SWEETEST TABOO

by Joe Moore   Dec 10, 2005

YOU'RE ALL THE THINGS I WANT
BUT KNOW I DON'T NEED
LIKE THE LOVE OF ANOTHER
THAT BORDERS INTRIGUE

LIKE A TASTE OF CHOCOLATE CAKE
WHEN YOUR ON A DIET
LIKE BUYING NEW CLOTHES
BEFORE YOU EVEN TRY IT

LIKE TAKING A SIP OF RUM
WHEN I NEED TO DRINK WATER
LIKE SMILING WHEN I CUM
AFTER LOVING SOMEONE'S DAUGHTER

LIKE BLAMING OTHERS
WHEN A PROBLEM IS MY FAULT
LIKE ADDING SUGAR TO A SHAKER
WHEN IT SHOULD BE SALT

EVEN THOUGH YOU BELONG
TO SOMEONE ELSE
I LOVE YOU THOUGH I CAN'T
HAVE YOU FOR MYSELF

I KNOW I CAN'T SPEAK OF
THOSE THINGS THAT YOU DO
THAT'S WHAT MAKES
YOU THE SWEETEST TABOO
