Amazingly I used to know,
A girl who never knew how to be low,
Her heart had been broken once or twice,
So she waited for someone to break through her soul of ice,

She strutted round and flirted with all the boys,
Teased and pleased, treated them like toys,
Until one day they called her a

She was left cold, alone on the floor,

I remember one day I saw her face,
Bruised and battered in every place,
They said she deserved it and so silenced she became,
So that it wouldn't happen all over again,

One boy had the strength to stop her from teasing,
Someone who wanted to take her for the seizing,
As they took apart her whole world,
They left her there broken and curled,

The girl then called herself a
w h o r e,
For teasing the boys and having a cold, harsh core,
The girl will never trust a man,
Apart from one who never hurt her,
A boy called Sam,

This time she took apart his whole world,
Made the mistake of leaving him broken and curled,
She thought he was like all the other boys,
Ones who played her and treated her like a damaged toy,

He could have been everything she still needs,
If she hadn't blamed herself and made herself bleed,
If she hadn't wanted to stop his tears
If she hadn't wanted to wipe away his fears,
He could have been her secret dream,
But no one knew of her tears that in the night did gleam,
No one knew, No one could see,
That the b i t c h, that girl was me.
