Coming is the Dawn

by Cory Stout   Dec 12, 2005

Who is this that appears like the dawn?
Fair as the moon, bright as the sun above
As majestic as a procession of beautiful shinning stars
How very fortunate we really are
To have such an angel to gaze upon

Who is this that appears like the dawn?
With her eyes behind her veil seeming like beautiful doves
Beauty, such power, can write her name in my heart
With so much grace can it heal it breaking apart?
Her presence so great controls my every move like a pawn

Who is this that appears like the dawn?
That speaks such soft spoken words of love
She seems like a mirage, so eloquent from afar
Coming closer, am I dreaming, this seems so bizarre
To see something so passionate be so drawn

Who is this that appears like the dawn?
This girl is so sweet, innocent, and suave
I'm so captivated by your loving charm
Please let me into your loving arms
Hold me tighter and tighter so we are never withdrawn
