Prominence

by Aimee Dawn   Dec 18, 2005

On a Prominence lies a home
With flowers stretching from west to as far-flung east
The Flowers carry no smell
But make up, with their wonderful colors
Gold as the sun shining warmly
Skylight as windowpane
And the best of all
Stand the Scarlet flowers
Their pedals like the gentle lips
Of a Home hearted women
Rosy and soft
Swaying in the Icy winds
Chilling your arms, cheeks, hands, feet
Whistling with the sound of the near by animals
The sound, which comes into your ears
And the wind carries your joyous spirit up
Up to where the house stands
It is a perfect shaped house
With its rounded windows covered by an icy chill
Pointed roof standing up so proudly
With its wide-open square door
With a sign that reads
Home is where the heart is
