I seem to feel feelings that I don't want to
I can’t understand why I gave up on you
I just dream of a day when I can forget
But all I can seem to do is regret.

I feel really bad saying all this
When it wasn't that long ago
I always hoped we’d have a chance
Because I still think about you so

My feelings for you are still strong.
I keep thinking of you...no matter how hard I try
It was my fault it all went wrong
But I can’t get you out of my mind

I have this thing burning in side me...like a desire
It was a while ago but I can't seem to forget
When I see you my hearts on fire
But what I did I still everyday regret
