You were my life

by firelava   Dec 19, 2005

I gave you my love, you take it and destroy
i gave you my heart and you take it for a toy
i gave you kind love, you gave me love mean.
i cherish the ground you walked on, you were my beautiful queen.

you used to say you love me. but now i know it was hate.
through all of that though i still can say loving you was great.
i was really hoping that one day you would be my awesome wife
i couldn't breath without you, girl you were my life.

at first missing you was very hard to take
but i get the picture now, all along you were a fake
i hope your sorry ass get drown in the biggest lake

thank you anyways, cause now you are not my friend, so i can really allow my heart to truly love again.

Oh my goodness, this happened to me a little while ago, but the guy who just came right up and said "I know you like me, and i dont care" That hurt, but I love your poems! And thanks for the comment on my poem! Keep up the good work!
