Diamond Star

A diamond in shattered glass
But the brightest among the stars.
A flower that's one of a kind
One that would take an eternity to find.

All the beauty in the world
Couldn't compare to this girl.
If only She could see me
But i know it's impossible for this to just be.

I could give her all my love
But i know it wouldn't be enough.
For a gentle and generous heart
I hold all the wrong cards.
Why must not thinking of her be so hard?
