I'm Really Trying

I'm sorry to say I'm giving up on you or atleast I'm trying.
The thing is I see you every day so the I have for you isn't dying.

It's hard for me to let you go.
I can't just forget you like that.
Even though I really want to, I can't.
That's just a fact.

It's hard for me to do this.
It's like you are a disease.
A disease i can't get rid of.
It's just very disturbing.

I'm trying very hard, but I truly love you so. You're not just some guy that I can just let go.

*this is written for a guy that i truly. After all the things he's put me through I still love him. I just want him to be happy.
