She cries herself to sleep
because of memories that keep
she cant sleep because in her dreams
she relives it
she goes to school and work
leading a normal life
no one can see the pain behind her blue eyes
she has walls up
blcoking her heart
she doesent want to get hurt again
she thinks to herself
i can go this day withough crying
and as long as no one looks me in the eyes
i can hide everything
she goes home and prays for the day
someone will take her away
