I loved this! Such a thoughtful and heartfelt poem.

I especially loved the last stanza.

The pain never will totally go away, but those memories are what keep us going.

This is so sad and so very touching.I like how even in the sorrow of the loss and pain that you temper it with hope.Once again, a great piece.

that was my favorite stanza. so much power packed into a few words...wow.
marvelous poem, the tone was very clear, it was a calm, dark, slow poem. nice one.
