Real love or puppy love

I don't know what to do
i think i love you
but how can that be
were so young
how do i know if your the one
or just another story in my life
were to young
but i have all these feelings
but how do i know?
every time I'm around him my stomach turns
but the thing is is it real love
or puppy love
hard to tell i guess I'm going to have to take the chance and find out!
