Another Pointless Page

by vviirrgg   Jan 12, 2006

Sitting here on my bed,
filling out the pages of this book
all of these pointless words to you,
that mean so much to me
once again my pen touches the paper
and my thoughts pour out,
but the tears just cover them up.
as these words fill out these lines,
I wonder if i ever cross your mind
so she's your whole world,
but what if you're mine
She's your baby,
but you're mine too
Every word I'm writing,
I'm being true to you
but it just seems that
as this book fills up with ink,
we grow further apart
and i still sit here waiting
for my happy life to start
Sometimes i feel stupid- like I'm just wasting my time,
sitting here, trying to think of another word to rhyme
I try to stop my self from writing
but its temptation that i am fighting
This page is almost full, two more lines to go
IF i am ever on your mind
please just let me know
