When I Think of You

by Angelo DellaNerezza   Jan 20, 2006

When I think of you, my heart beat goes racing and my head and my knees fall to the ground in desperation. When I look into your eyes I fall in love with you all over again, but my mind is over taken by the memories of are broken love. I want you back, but you are now happy and I rather see you happy then with me. So in torment I turn my eyes away and apologies to you, but I wont tell you what for. I miss your lips and your warmth that your body gave me when I was with you. Now I am alone and troubled I can see in your eyes that you want me as well, yet I am blinded by grief and forced down by the chain of temptation. My heart beats for you and my soul yearns for you, but you are with him and happy and I will not take that away from you. In the shadows I will wait for you my dear, and in the darkness I will look upon you as like the angel I have become. An angel of the darkness, yet I am not missing, nor am I dead. But indeed I will never rest without you my love, for you have brought me happiness when there was none and that is why I love you.
