Never turning back now

by Arkon   Jan 20, 2006

I couldn't see
I coudln't breathe
I believed and god, and look what he's done to me
He takes you away to a further place, another challenge, a longer race

Dragging you down to the depths of his pit
He choked you out, covered you in sorrow, and this flammable substance was lit

Dripping from your bloody face
He ties it all up in lace
Blind folds you with tears and darkness for one last time
The sharp knife on your throat, he makes his line

Your screams branched off in every direction
They died as did my heart from loss of affection
Your agony drags down all around you
These walls are more than soundproof

The white around you absorbs all the pain
And sends it back, in an acid rain
I know, it's driving you insane
My mind scarred and stained

I admit to you now that I'm the one who tortured you
Who forced down your throat the red pill and watched your lips turn blue

Those like you, should be crucified
Maybe, you will find those lost tears and why she died
The suffering was nothing it was the refusal to agree
That when you told me you loved me, your soul was bound to me
