Secret

(1-21-06)

You're so wonderful,
And laughs like non-other
I love you so much
You're like my brother

We always have fun,
Basketball games are great.
Me and you,
It's almost fate.

But she's a brick wall,
Keeping me from you.
No detours,
I can't get through!

You're never together,
Though you say you are.
She's crazy for you,
But she sits afar.

You said it was important,
Something was on your mind.
You looked at me,
And your eyes shined.

She wasn't right,
But you couldn't say it.
You'd liked her forever,
Now just a bit.

I could read the message,
Your hidden code.
You liked me,
Now it showed.

You're sill with her,
What's the eight ball read?
I need to know,
On my knees with a plead!

**to you**
