Why is Life Worth Living?

by simply taylor   Jan 28, 2006

Why is life worth living?
My life is worth living because I know every day I get to see your pretty face.
Why is life worth living?
My life is worth living because I know if I am feeling down, you will be there to cheer me up again.
Why is life worth living?
My life is worth living because when ever I see you my heart jumps for joy.
Why did my life take a terrible turn?
My life took a terrible turn because my best friend started talking to you again.
She told you things that were untrue, and you believed her and didn't talk to me anymore.
My life took a terrible turn because my best friend told me all sorts of lies about you.
Why is life so painful?
Whenever you think your life could not get any more perfect, it turns on you and comes at you like a bullet through a heart. When you think everything is perfect, it takes a drastic turn.
I cried myself to sleep at night, hoping and praying nothing would go wrong between us, and nothing would happen between you and her.
You just ignored my tears, and would pay attention to her.
I came to you with all my problems, until I found you hand in hand with her.
I turned and ran crying, and you ran after me still.
You told me everything was alright, but I told you we were over.
You told me to give you one more chance. But honey, you had everything you wanted in the world, but took all of it for granted.
Why is life worth living, when you lost everything you love?
