Sonnet of Forbidden Love

by Morgan   Jan 30, 2006

I don't know what to do with myself now.
I don't dare reveal the truth about it.
People wonder and I ask myself how.
Someday, some how, I will finally admit.

Sometimes the feeling is knives through the heart,
But I feel so close to heaven with you.
Alone; I can't stand us to be apart.
I'm falling for you but I can't pursue.

This love that's forming is like a flower,
Blooming when it shouldn't even exist.
Trying to hold back is such harsh torture,
And then comes the night we gave in and kissed.

I'll walk away now with my heart in hand,
Going back to my own little dreamland.
