Emotions can really tear you up inside.
They will drive you crazy.
And there is no place to hide.
Theyâ??ll make your thinking hazy.
As well as make you want to cry.
They can also be a blessing.
Like the glorious feeling of love.
But if theyâ??re bad, your mind is where theyâ??re messing.
They may bring peace, just like the majestic dove.
They can also cause embarrassment, like someone seeing you undressing
God gave us these gifts or burdens for one obvious reason.
We may use them to praise and worship him.
But Satan may try and control these and make you commit treason.
And if you do youâ??ll turn your back on God and all of them.
I hope that youâ??ll control your emotions, and make sure they stay in season.
