I know you still love him
and I think I understand
I saw the way he cuddles you
and gently holds your hand

I know you still love him
I can see it in your eyes
how you always look at him
and how you stare into the skies

I know you still love him
cause we're like worlds apart
I know he is still there
hiding behind your heart

I know you still love him
why will you stay with me
cause I know your locked up with me
and I want to set you free

I know you still love him
why won't you just go
leave me here
and be with him, you know

I know you still love him
I think he still loves you too
So go with him and don't come back
Cause I don't want to be stuck here with you

I know you still love him
and I will set you free
cause I'd rather see you happy with him
than being miserable with me.

    The repetition adds a great effect to it. It's a really tough situation, the one you wrote about. It sounds like you are writing from personal experiences, and if not you really know how to empathize. A cute poem, but somewhat sad. Great job.
