The dance was over too quick
We pile into the car
Seperated by the seats
And I miss you already.

So you turn up the music
As the wind blows through our hair
The stars shinning bright
Over the city so tonight. I need you.

We waiting paciently for our song
And ran to the floor when we heard the drum line
I never wanted it to end
I never wanted the song to end.

This morning it seemed like
This day would never end
And now that it's over I lay in bed
Wishing I had every second back.
