Suicidal Thoughts

by Phoebe   Feb 4, 2006

What am I to do when those feelings come back?
When the voices return and haunt my mind,
Repeating the same taunts over and over,
My minds like a record thats broken,
A way out, I cannot find.
Reach up to the switch, turn off the lights,
I don't want to see where I am,
I want to dwell in the darkness, invisible,
Like I am to the other people in the world.
Tracing the words in my skin,
Fountains of pain drop to the floor,
Feel myself going cold, and numb,
The feeling I was used to before.
Only this time the pain I feel is different,
The hurt inside isn't shattered by the outside,
It remains and grows deeper and deeper,
Until the pain takes over and I,
Succeed in my thoughts of suicide.

Just a quick 5 minute feeling to say how I feel -x-
