Tonight I'm Without You

by Tori   Feb 7, 2006

I wish I could say I don't need you.
My heart says that'd be untrue.
My god, I've never felt more selfish.
Don't blame me for what I can't change.
No matter what happens,
I'll love you the same.

And tonight,
I'm without you.

Icy stares do nothing but scare,
Me away.
I've done all I can do.
I've taken for granted all the things you do

And tonight,
I make my last promise,
To you.

I thought there was no problem,
Took all your lies for truth.
Oh you were the one.
With those understanding eyes.
Man, that conversation came as a surprise.
Now I'm left here, so confused,
And Tonight,
I make my last promise,
To you.
