The endless love has ended

Smiles at me from across the bay
this cove of love is being washed away
but I'm clinging on this, sand is mine
your standing there not reaching out
laughing at my struggle
no one helps, no one looks walking by with thoughts in there heads
i shout, they turn, there faces blank
i let go and drift peacefully
my mind is flooded with white light
but then i feel grass on my back
