Troubled thoughts they are
Spinning wildly in my mind
Too many themes to categorise...

You looms then disappears,
Never actually seeing but
I always hear...

The weary cries you express
Will trouble my mind forever.
Unfortunately you didn't respond to my finesse...

The cries- so inhumane to my ears,
Made me feel more helpless
Since I could not be aware...

Of your pain and of your sorrow,
Everything you put off until tomorrow,
Your never ending tears subside...

My heart aches for the one I miss,
You loving smiles, hugs, that one sweet kiss,
You're forever gone cause I didn't listen...

My ears blocked out the sounds of your pain,
And suddenly I didn't have to do it again,
My forever friend has come and gone...

But forever's a long time to say,
I'll always love you anyway....
